Online Registration and Payment Instructions
View Course Schedule Class registrations and payments can be done online, using Fitchburg State University’s MyFalcon interface. Technical Support
The university’s Information Technology department provides innovative, progressive technology to facilitate the best online education experience possible for students, faculty, and staff.
Fitchburg State’s 24-hour Call Center offers support to students by phone at 978-665-4500 or 866-830-0518. Students can also contact the IT Help Desk by completing the Online Help Desk Request Form or by beginning a live chat.

Library
The Amelia V. Gallucci-Cirio Library supports the teaching and scholarship mission of Fitchburg State University by providing a dynamic and collaborative learning space, both physically and virtually. Actively developing, maintaining, and creating accessible collections with evolving services is essential to this mission.

Your Student Coordinator will contact you shortly after you register for your first course. If you have additional questions, please reach out to 978-665-3410.

Your advisor is listed on your Degree Works site (please see the “Choosing which courses to take” tab for instructions on how to access Degree Works).

Military and Veteran Resources
At Fitchburg State, we're proud of being named a 2023-24 Military Friendly® School. We know that managing your educational, military and personal responsibilities can be a challenge, and we strive to provide the services and support necessary to achieve your academic goals.
Our Veterans Certifying Official acts as a liaison with the Regional Processing Office in Buffalo, New York. Our goal is to assist veterans or their dependents with the application and certification processes for veteran-related benefits.

Graduation Information
Applying for graduation is simple! Simply log into your MyFalcon account and click on Apply to Graduate.
Follow the step-by-step instructions. Also, refer to our commencement page for general information about graduation. Students will be able to follow the status of their application in MyFalcon as well. Log into your MyFalcon account and click on View Application to Graduate.
Emails regarding your progress through graduation clearance will be sent to your Fitchburg State email account only; please be sure to check it often. If you have questions or concerns, you can email them to [email protected].
