Career Highlights:

Professionally, I have worked in various industries ranging from finance, technology, and human capital. I currently work as the Director of Project Management at a human capital firm in the Boston area. I am the Executive Director for IPSEC, a nonprofit research firm. The scientific co-editor of The Phenomenon of Migration: Proceedings of Harvard Square Symposium Volume 2 (2016). I am also a current member of the International Scientific Board of Scientia Moralitas Research Institute.

  • What do you want your students to take away from class?

    Learning outcomes vary depending upon each course, but personally I hope that each student is able to grow as a learner, manager, leader, as well as personal growth.

  • What advice would you give to your online students?

    My first advice is to create a plan to manage your time. Put aside enough time to thoroughly dive into the material. Come to each session with an open mind ready for learning.

  • What is the one book you think everyone should read?

    “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.

  • What qualities make someone particularly successful in business?

    Communication, vision, creativity, discipline, and maintaining a high level of ethics.

  • What do you do when you need a laugh?

    Ask my husband to cut tree limbs.
